When you're putting new pins in a new pinblock, it goes pretty quickly.
I've seen it done quickly with two people, one managing the hitch pin, and
the other the tuning pins.  The tuning pin person has gloves and a T-handle
wrench.  Clip the end three fingers past the string, put it through the
becket, make the 90 degree bend, then stretching the string to control the
loops, just form the coil in the air against your gloved palm.  Coils
formed, pound in the pin, lift the coils, bring it roughly to tension, and
on to the next...
