My son's piano teacher owns a 1983 Yamy G5 with two pedals. Indeed it is gray market. And indeed it is one of the nicest pianos I service. Monster sound, nice treble, no killer octave, fabulous action. She loves it also. She bought it about two years ago for $7,500. I think she got a great deal.
