If you look at the seller's "other auctions" you will see that he is selling all the hammers/shanks separately, and all the wippens separately, and apparently has done this also with a Bosendorfer grand action and a STeinway upright action -- and has also done some "sculptures" made from action parts. The item description did say that there might be some regulating or adjustments to be made to make it work. The letoff buttons were sure good looking. There was also mention that the hammer-rail had been split but "repaired with screws" (the screws actually were visible on the picture).
