Key Leveling Balance rail felt

Not to do with the felt but rather a related topic... the card and paper 
punchings...
for the larger S&S b/r pins, drill the holes larger (.166";  #19).
They will install without friction and will not perchance hinder the 
leveling process
causing an unlevel keyboard once the punchings are buried.

I stack a group together and run the drill through. It doesn't take that 
long and
offers an easier/quicker application.
