OT - Road Service

Gosh, I worked all day, took my son to the dentist, made sure he did his
homework and practiced the piano, had dinner and now am baking 4 pies for
the church bazaar--What?

Sorry, Joe, you can quit dreaming, I was wearing my very modest Christmas
plaid flannel nightgown. It was truly a comic situation. Not many people
can say they've introduced themselves to their new neighbors by showing up
on their doorstep in pajamas and asking to use their phone! (It was
January, we had recently moved to Texas, the heating and cooling guy arrived
earlier than expected to give an estimate on a new heat pump, etc......)
Maybe I'll write about it in my memoirs. :-)
