I cheated BIG TIME...

For "standard":

#12 screw shank is 7/32" or .21875
add .020" = .23875"

A = .2340
15/64 = .2344
B = .2380
6.1mm = .2402

Answer - none of the above, though if you wiggle the "B" a bit you can do it.
