Setting Rates

I was just curious.

Is everyones tuning rates reflect their "per hour" rate, or are they both different. i.e., if you had a tuning rate of, let's say, $90, which may be a two hour tuning, does that mean the hourly rate would be $45 for any other work you might do? And if you go to a clients home and all they want you to do is evaluate the piano, which can take only about half an hour...

Just wondering what everyone has to say.

Thanks!
