I hope this chart will help you with "coincident partials"

Type	  2:1    4:2    6:3     8:4
	  C3  	  C4     G4      C5  
C2	  C3  G3 C4  E4 G4  A#4 C5

"On Pitch" is available from the PTG office. Please also look at the
accutuner site for a wonderful table (with a typo or two in it
unfortunately) about octaves.
