Question for clarification: Doesn't anything more than 2 cents off require two passes anyway? But you wouldn't call a 3 or 4 cent change a pitch raise would you? So, how many cents off does something have to be before you call it a pitch raise or pitch correction? Normally, I don't charge extra unless it is at least about 8, 10 or more cents off of 440. The crazy thing about this is that either way I'm still going through all of the pins twice. The only difference is that on a pitch raise I'll have a few pins to touch up after the second pass and I charge extra. But, I'm doing the same amount of work. Is this different than your SOP?
