In the past year I have been doing a lot of Baldwin tuning for a dealer. Especially the Chinese ones. I have found them to be pretty reliable, tight pins but controllable, reliable actions, well finished as far as uniformity and materials and they sound pretty darn good. Taken with the price, they are a good piano, comparatively with what is around.
