If you are referring to those L-shaped hinges with the machine bolt 
requiring an Allen wrench, the piano doesn't need to be moved out 
from the wall for access to remove these. Nor is an Allen wrench or a 
bladed screw driver necessary.

A decent set of pliers (shank knurling pliers are my pick) will grip 
the head quite nicely.
