Since I posted my question re. Honky Tonk tuning a few days ago, there have been

many opinions posted. Most are excellently informative, at least I've read
things that
have come very close to answering my original question. Where this first struck
me
was when I heard a CD of Scott Joplin ragtime music. Most of it sounds very
consistent,
but there are areas where the tuning seems inconsistent. ( or out of tune with
itself ) That
is why I posted the question, hoping to get a definitive answer. Maybe there
isn't one .
I've also enjoyed the many postings re. Betsy Ross pianos. I don't if they were
sold in Canada.
The person who stated that some dealers popularize an instrument by selling many
in an area,
is probably correct.
