Download Tunelab 97 and use it for a while. If you feel you need 
something better then spend 800 dollars or so. If not... pay Robert his 
shareware  fee of 50 dollars and be happy.

Tunelab 97 in the hand of someone who knows a bit about how 
inharmonicity works within a tuning is as good as any of them in my 
book. You just have to do a bit more manual work on the tuning curves 
that are generated.
