Wear a carbon filter mask and vinyl gloves, and rub it out starting with 600 grit "wet or dry" sandpaper, ona block, dipped in mineral spirits, going across the grain. Then move to 800 grit, with the grain, then 1,000 grit, across, then 1,200 grit with, etc.. Then use rubbing compound, and finally polishing compound, on a buffer. Then wax and buff. ( Go get a good finishing book! ) It's a lot of work but the results are spectacular. \ Now, I hope Mr.Pianolac will chime in as to why his system is superior.
