Dampp-Chaser recommendations

Tampa, Florida in the summer - commonly 75% RH. In the winter, it is usually
dry and sunny. However, every once in a while we will have a winter spell of
several (I remember up to one week) consecutive days of 70 degrees and
drizzle. Humidity will go even higher in the house because it's cool enough
that you don't run the AC, and warm enough that you don't need heat.
