Hi list,

I read in the schimmel grand piano regulating book that they used "arm =
oil" as a lubricant in the factory. It can be found in armories.
Since then, I tried ballistol and it just works fine, and the parts =
don't become oily as they do with WD40.

Another problem with WD40 is that the wood becomes dirty because the =
dirt inside the action sticks on the WD40 residue.
