Mr. Bullock,

Try a hard reset to return the piano to factory settings. As follows...

Turn unit off. Turn unit on. Press and release the FUNCTION button. =
Press and release the sixth E flat from the left. Just the POWER and =
PLAY LED's should be lit. Press are release the STAGE/ROOM button. Let =
ths tests run for 5 minutes. Turn the unit off. The unit is now reset.

If this does not correst the problem call Kurzweil at 1-800-874-2880 =
extension 104 Duane Garvin is the Senior Hardware Technician.

I have just acquired a Kurtzweil Mark III. Does anyone know about =
these? When was it made?=20

This one plays beautifully for about 20 seconds then it seems to slow =
down and then stops all together. If an organ sound is on the last few =
pitches hang on til you shut it off. The keys may be normal speed but =
the sound is several notes behind. This is so weird. Does anyone know =
what this one needs?
