Damn, sometimes I really HATE Microsoft! All I was doing was downloading my e-mail and suddenly I got the "Fatal Exception" error message. Whatever the h*** that is! I had to shut it down with the power switch to go further. Makes me wish I had a Mac!!!!!!!! :-) Avery
