About action shudder; is the action bedded down and sitting firmly in the
cups for the action standards, with no movement? This could also be the
problem with the lost motion.

 

As far as tuning stability, How often is the piano tuned? Is it unisons
drifting or octaves as well? Kawai do recommend tuning at least three times
a year.
