Hi Ruth,

         Glad to hear from you, Right now I am just getting a feel for this 
business. I really like it. It is a callling satisfied after 25 years as a 
machine designer in an office. Thank you for your e-mail. I love understanding 
these things: you know...wood, strings, swelling, rust sticking parts, conditions 
of the room, felts etc...its detective work sometimes, I am getting along 
"tuningly".
