I hate to be pessimistic, but I'm sure there are dealers out there (both cars and pianos) that will charge you or take the allowance from the manufacturer and then do nothing or the bare minimum. Flakes are flakes regardless of the product involved. Unfortunately flakes don't realize they're flakes. Somebody's got to tell 'em. I used to do that but it doesn't work very well.
