Because it needs it.  The problem here is that the sale people in dealerships 
don't usually inform the customer that any new piano will go out of 
regulation.  It doesn't help the sale's pitch!  
   Car buyers are always told that they have to bring the car in at the 
recommended warranty intervals.  Piano purchasers are far less educated.  That is 
something that we, as techs, can address.  All the potential customers have to 
do is listen to us.
