baldwin buzz

I ran into this same problem, on the same type/age piano.  I tightened
everything...so I thought.  I thought the sound was coming from the action
brackets buzzing on the studs.  It turned out to be a buzz comeing from the
lower plate bolts right in that section. There were 2 that were very loose.
