There is a #952 pressure bar felt but it is too firm for your purpose. The #951 can be stripped down/fluffed up in steps to fit the space between stretcher/plate on 'most' S&S models. The method I use to install these thingees is to first dry fit the felt making sure that it will cover the gap and dress up evenly across the entire plate..then I remove the felt...run a bead of yellow glue down the stretcher at the plate level...when you insert the felt it will pick up the glue and you will end up with a neat looking job.
