Techs, I'm having great difficulty getting warranty service from North American Music, the distributor of several pianos, e.g. Hallet & Davis, Hyundai, Sangler & Sohne, Schulze Pollmann, Schmoller, and others. After first contacting the (Shopping Mall) dealer, who referred me to North American, I called. Upon my initial phone contact, their representative, Gary, gave me the impression that my request to replace 5 broken bass strings in a two-year-old piano would be no problem. He asked me to email the details, which I did...and did again, and again, and again. No response. Has anyone had any success with warranty issues with North American Music?
