Hello List and Phil R About pricing for this. IMHO whatever time you spend on it you ought to charge for. That's why you are doing the job. Take your hourly rate (say piano tuning-time rate) deduct 25% 'cos you're doing it in your workshop and have no gas-mileages etc. and multiply the result by the time it took. Who can quibble at that? It's professional etiquet to charge for work you do at a reasonable rate + parts. Regards from Sussex Michael G (UK)
