Don, I don't think Mark is on Pianotech. I believe there is only the one C7 at Brandon University. I have tuned it several times, including doing my tuning exam pretest on it. I believe the bass has been restrung as the bass is not tubby at all. The pin block seemed to have fairly even torque. Tuning pins are not at all on the loose side. As far as I know the block has not been replaced.
