Sounds like overkill to me. None of my customers require anything approaching that exactness. In this area the piano varies in pitch from month to month. I haven't measured it, but I know from Jan. to Sept. some areas are off by 30c. So I am sure it could vary from some week to week by 5c, so why would I even contemplate a pitch raise for 5c. 20c plus maybe, and then only depending on the situation, as the majority of my customers value their money more than a supposed required pitch raise. A lot of them wait 2 or 3 years between tunings anyway. I guess what I am trying to say, is not all customers need a pitch raise, for the amounts some of you say. John M.
