Help with "bad" tuning...need help

Oh gosh, how embarrassing - I just read Keith McGavern's post. Where was my

Nope.

The gist is:

    one half (1/2) step, say from C4 to either B3 or C#4, is 100 cents.

    one (1) whole step, say from C4 to either Bb3 or D4, is 200 cents.
