She then retorted that "it is no longer a Bechstein then!" !!!!!!! Needless to say I lost out on a sale to that one! AF HI A. F. We have a saying around here for this type of client. They will end up with EXACTLY the kind of piano they deserve or ask for & they'll probably get it from the local hack(used car salesman type). You'd probably wished she hadn't bought if she had.
