Upright Damper Felt Source

Yamaha has generated a terrific amount of ill-will
over the years with marketing shenanigans and playing
"hard-ball" with everyone they possibly can. 
It amazes me that they do not realize that this HURTS
business, ultimately.
   ( And its really not enjoyable to be despised,
either! )
