John Hello,

Sorry to read that you are experiencing this conflict situation.

I may see it like a good application of the liberal economy.

Once you see what can be a good job (and yours is certainly the best
at date) , look for someone to do that at half the price.

Reverently, to avoid conflicts and to avoid the strikes and social
moves induced by the contractor, tell him about nothing.

Preferently do that at the moment where everything goes fairly well so
nobody see the thing happening.

Large companies do that daily, and are always looking for good slaves
for cheaper (notice I did not say where most of these companies are)

You can also choose to close the company, then it is better to do that
during a week end or holidays, and if you are good enough you even can
take all the production tools with you, so only the slaves are
missing.

New slaves are very available today coming to China, India or coming
from East Europe, we have find a neat way to do like the
confederation, as we need that low cost labor as you the Mexicans, so
we have soon a huge amount of slower developpement country (mean, no
high tech industry an research) coming with Europe now.
Other analysis may prevail, but reality of the Europe in those lands
which are now part of the community, is more poverty and frustration
with the opening to Europe, as the people living there are supposing
that this will allow them to have na new car and "blue jeans" while
the real money stay as usual in the hands of mafias that are well
installed in the highest levels of industry and governments.

I evidently hope a happy end for you. I am may be totally out of the
real context but felt it like an opportunity to show that it can
happen for anyone and reasons or logic behind it is not always
apparent to us.

That is the kind of economy rules that is supposed to give us all a
very nice future, particularly for our children.

While I discovered that chances are that the Aids was introduced by
the hand of man, trying to prove that his Poliomyelitis vaccine was
the best (competition) , while checking it on 1 million de people
(slaves )that have no choice to refuse (in the old Belgian Congo),
that this man that conducted human experimentations since the
beginning of its carrer as a scientist, is now considered and
protected by the pharmacy laboratories, I reject more than never the
model of society one want us to accept blindly. G Wells was far from
the truth yet.

Best Regards to all.

Sorry for the rant

Isaac OLEG

Journal Readers and Authors,

Here is Barbara Cassaday's "Executive Outlook" as it will appear in
the
May issue of the Journal. On thursday April 22nd I asked her and the
executive Board to not publish this message unchanged since I would
find
it completely unacceptable to work under these conditions. On Friday
the
23rd she informed me that her message will be published unchanged.

I am leaving soon on a trip to Canada to attend the Quebec conference
with a stop over in Montreal. Chris and I have not had the energy to
respond to all the e-mails we have been receiving and hope that all of
you can forgive us for not responding until we return.

Thank you all, there is obviously a great deal of support for the
Journal.
