Sounds to me like an opportunity to simply rescale the whole darn thing!

  Subject: Bechstein Grand treble scale

I've just taken on the task of restringing a 7' 2" Bechstein Grand. =
The string scale for the treble is missing. Does anyone know of the =
correct or likely to be correct scaling required ? There are 31 unisons =
in the tenor section, 18 in mid treble and 19 in top treble. does this =
help ? It would also be great help if someone could tell me which notes =
have the single eyes ! I have a copy of a copy of the Klepac chart but =
would prefer to use a known scale.
