Is my memory going?

Hi John
I run in to the same thing . . there are lots of customers for whom the
tuning fee is a 'luxury', and
doing it every year, is a bit of overkill.
I'd like to think there's room for ethics, and fairness and I believe that
the customer appreciates it.
I have often left it up to the customer to call me when 'the piano needs
tuning.'
I then show them what to listen for . .
just my 2 cents worth.

cheers
