Hi Phil.
I received my copy of this CD from a  collegue as
a present this past Christmas.  It appears to be a
private issue, as there is no company "label" listed, nor
any identifying numbers. I am pretty certain that it was ordered
directly from Susan Halligan. I will find out the contact and ordering
information within the next two days and post the information.
