That is one of the reasons I put my baby-food jar (that = has the glue in it) in a tea cup with water in the tea cup. The tea cup = in turn sits in water in the aluminum sleeve that is part of the glue = pot. It would be virtually impossible for the water in the tea cup to be = a significantly different temperature than the baby-food jar with the = glue. I agree with you that the temperature of the water in the aluminum = insert might vary a bit because it is so much closer to the heat source.
