They're 9/32 x 34 tpi. About three years ago, APSCO apparently had some 
made for sale. Check with Schaff and see if they know anything about it. If 
not, you're looking at tapping the holes out and making inserts for 7/32 x 
36 or having agraffes custom made.

Someone will almost certainly suggest Helicoils, but they won't do you any 
good with the different thread pitch.
