I don't see how this would be a problem with a properly regulated sos
pedal. If it really is adjusted correctly then I'd look at the brackets
to make sure that they weren't loose and also check that the bushings
were intact.

I wasn't aware this was avoidable with any sostenuto system that was 
otherwise working.
