Andre,
	Did you read the part about the very modest nature of this
piano?
	 It was my judgment that this piano did not warrant the
investment of my clients' money and my time for a big repair. Twenty
minutes and five bucks worth of CA and this thing is tunable and
playable.
	Are there pianos that deserve more than a "band aid"? Of course,
but the limitations of a 1930's stencil piano in my opinion make the CA
repair the best choice in my opinion.
	Time will tell on the longevity of the CA pin block treatment
but buying some years of use for an otherwise unusable piano such as
this is for little cost and effort makes sense to this technician.
