Pierce Piano Atlas is the best reference, although it has holes. No serials listed for Homer but under Mason & Risch that serial indicates 1911 as the production year. If it is a classic old upright, then that is probably the correct year because Homers were made by M&R from 1901 to 1919. There are sites on the web that give piano ages, but none that are (a) free and (b) any better than the Pierce. At least none that I have found. Are you in the biz? Alan R. Hello Everyone, Could someone please look up the age of the following piano for me? It is a Homer piano, made by Mason and Risch. The serial number is 26230. For future reference, is this information available on the net? Thank you very much.
