This is in regard to the ³Non-solicitation Act² that has recently been initiated by the Government. I am accustomed to calling customers to remind them when their piano tunings are due whether they have asked me to or not. Am I opening myself to censure from the Government by doing this? In these days of frivolous law suits, Iım wondering if I should continue this or just send reminder cards. Iım not even sure if sending cards violates the act. Any advice on this subject?
