OT - Computer

I'm showing my computer stupidity here but I was just
cleaning the crud from the "rollers" on my mouse and
when I looked back up again, all the toolbar stuff was
on the right side instead of the bottom, where it "used"
to be!

Can anyone tell me how to change it back? I've tried
everything I know but nothing seems to work. I'm using
Windows 98.

I hate it when I do something stupid like that!!!!!!
