25yr old player piano seeking new home

If it is one of those, that is an apartment size piano.
I seem to remember the air motor is not a repairable unit. The plastic or
some compound that makes the slide valves warps, and does not take kindly to
sanding to try and get flat.
I have had no luck with this type of unit, and would not recommend its
purchase, without a good testing by someone in the know.
