Hello HazenBannister Best tools? Just for the two regulations you mentioned: Let Off - I use a good metal-workers "Scribe" - one end is bent to about 45deg. the other end is straight to the point! Drop - get a good hollow ground high tensile screw-driver. Both these tools are readily available at your local Hardware store - particularly if they are geared towards the Model Engineer fraternity.
