I believe when Steve Fairchild did his Guiness Book Record pitch raise,=20=

he had been doing some serious body building in preparation for the=20
event.

I think it's a good idea to keep several words in mind: "tendonitis",=20
"carpal tunnel", "rotator cuff", and "prevention". Sometimes one needs=20=

to move like lightning (concert in one hour etc), but as a self=20
employed person I can choose to move at a comfortable speed, rather=20
than what a corporate efficiency expert has dictated.
