Received the following email from a loyal client with an almost new and very clean piano: "Hello. The netting you installed under my piano is coming off of the velcro and falling down. Let me know when you can come and fix it. Eddie" This is not the first problem I've seen with these. I have the undercover on my own piano and have installed several others. Y'all know I'm a DC fan, but I will not sell and install any more undercovers until they come out with a system that is less time-consuming to install and stays put and is easy to remove for servicing. (Maybe magnetic strips glued to the rim and fastened to the cloth?) It's bad enough having to mess with it the first time, subsequent visits like the one above will be free to the customer, of course, but cost me time and money! I also think they are quite overpriced. Just dumpin' some grumpin' here, but I'll bet others feel likewise. Alan Barnard Salem, MO
