My guess is that things will come apart without too much trouble. I use CA in the shop often to make little wooden jigs for laying out bridges, locating things, etc. A mild rap is usually enough to separate the bonded pieces later. My observation is that CA has little shear strength and does not bond real strongly to smooth surfaces. Time will tell, but I suspect pulling a plate from a CAed pinblock will not be too difficult. But better you than me the first time! Be sure to let us  know what happens.
