This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment HI Hazen, I use PTBIZ on my desktop, and export the customer list once a week to = the ipaq. Here's how: 1. In PTBiz, go to Reports and select Mailmerge. Leave all the filter = fields blank and click on Next or Finish until your done. This will = select all of your clients. 2. In Microsoft Access (Oops! I just assumed you'd have the MSOffice = suite. If not, do you have any software that can read .mdb files?) = Click File / Open, go to the PTBiz directory and select "Mailmerge = Data". You now have your client list in Access (or Whatever). 3. Click File / Export, type in whatever filename you want. Under File = Type, select Microsoft Excel. Select the directory for your Activesync = shared files, and click OK. 4. The next time you sync your ipaq, the client list will be written to = your ipaq as a pocket excel file. Clear as mud?
