Your files are still there until you overwrite them. Try doing a system =
restore back a couple of days, you'll lose your latest stuff, but at =
least you'll get them back. Or how about creating a new restore point, =
then going back to a previous setting, copying those files on to some =
media like a floppy, then going back to the present restore point, and =
re-installing your address book.
