Like Tom said, they'll call about five years later (when the piano suddenly goes out of tune) and want that free tuning. Boy are they disappointed when they find that the un-claimed tuning storage facility burned to the ground (probably a leaky propane truck) and their tuning was lost in the fire. Ron N
